I have only seen games at Fletcher Gym. It is a great venue, especially with the Holiday tradition of going to the Christmas Tournament. I wish games were still played on Saturday nights and not Tuesdays.
 

Fletcher Gymnasium is still the best in the area. The new gyms at Edw, O'fal. Bell W and Alton are nice because they are new. I don't see anything special about them,
 

The old gym on Vandalia, loud, hot, crowded, traffic was horrendous to try and get to the game - the way games should be.
 

Ole CHS campus.......I agree with flyin illini on the reasons why.....plus...I grew up in that gym, it seems.
Those games with Quincy back in the glory days of Collinsville unforgetable....remember?
 

No disrespect to the "old high school" but Fletcher Gym is in my opinion the best venue. Of course the record shows differently. Yes, I had gym class there. Fletcher has been one of the best in the entire area for a long time. The holiday tournaments with Quincy and Edwardsville and us were great. Edwardsville's gym is terrible. Off the topic but the old "football bowl" was great.
